Costa Sports Pro Academy (CSPRO Academy ) is a project set up to assists upcoming talented youths in football from Zimbabwe. CSPRO Academy is inspired by the basic lifestyle of the ghetto youths in Africa (particularly Zimbabwe) and those from rural communal areas. The majority of such youths come from poverty-stricken  homes and struggle to get proper education and sporting recognition internationally. Even though there is a vast amount of potential talent in the ghetto, most youths never really get to utilize their potentials because they get limited opportunities to showcase their skills and lack the know-how concerning performing and behaving on a professional football level. CSPRO is designed to mentor the youths and provide a passage to professional levels.
